Micaela Wood, Writer
Micaela Wood is a Freshman at San Marcos High School. She joined journalism class to try out a career path as she is interested in pursuing sports journalism. Micaela enjoys writing and is a huge fan of playing and watching sports. Micaela’s favorite part about journalism is informing people and getting to meet others and learning from them. She likes to tell stories that are not being shared. She enjoys writing entertainment, opinion, and informative pieces. Her hobbies outside of school include reading, watching shows, eating, sports, being outside in nature, and traveling. Micaela is also an athletic trainer at SMHS, she enjoys trying new things and hanging out with the people that make her happy.
